How Pabili Works

Pabili is Foody's errand service for anything that isn't already on the app — a rider shops, pays a bill, or picks something up on your behalf. A single request can cover more than one stop, so you're not stuck submitting a separate errand for every place you need something from.

What is Pabili?

Pabili covers four kinds of requests: shopping from a store that isn't listed on Foody, paying a bill, picking up or sending a parcel, and sending someone a surprise — where the delivery goes to someone else instead of you. Whichever it is, a rider handles the errand and brings it to wherever it needs to go.

How it works

Set your area and who it's for

Choose the area where the errand happens, and who's receiving it — yourself by default, or someone else if it's a surprise.
List what you need

Add up to five stops — stores, bills, or pick-up points — with what to buy, pay, or collect at each one, plus any notes for your rider.
Choose how you'll pay, and send it

Pick Cash on Delivery or GCash and confirm. The delivery fee is quoted upfront based on distance — the cost of what's actually bought is confirmed once your rider has shopped, since there's no way to know an off-app store's prices in advance.
Track your errand

Follow the status from accepted to shopping to on the way, and message your rider directly in the app if anything changes.

What you can send a Pabili request for

Groceries or items from a store that isn't on Foody yet, medicine from a pharmacy, paying a bill, sending a gift to someone else's address, or picking up and sending a parcel across town. If it's a real errand in your area, it's worth trying as a Pabili request.

Is there a fee for Pabili?

Yes. Delivery is priced by distance and shown upfront, and an extra fee applies for each additional store beyond the first in a multi-stop errand. The cost of the items themselves is confirmed after your rider shops, since off-app store prices aren't known in advance.

How do I pay for a Pabili errand?

Cash on Delivery or GCash — the same two options as a regular Foody order. GCash doesn't have to be paid at the door; you can send it any time while your errand is being processed.

Can I cancel a Pabili request?

Yes, while it's still waiting for a rider to accept it. Once a rider has taken it on, it's already in progress and can't be cancelled.
